This degree gives you the opportunity to explore different subject areas in the arts and humanities. You will examine a range of areas and build up a broad portfolio of interests. The course offers a deep understanding of the world we live in today, drawing on the perspectives of art history, classical studies, creative writing, language, literature, history, languages, music, philosophy, and religious studies. You’ll discover how knowledge is created and shared in the arts and humanities, how we think and learn has developed through the ages, stretch your imagination and develop your own creative and critical responses. You’ll also become an independent learner and a member of a diverse and vibrant student community.

Entry requirements
Students for this qualification should have completed secondary and/or further education to the equivalent of three A-levels. International equivalents are accepted.
Students at should have a good general knowledge and be open to exloring a wide range of subjects and ideas from the arts, humanities and languages.
How much time do I need?
- Most of our students study part time, completing 60 credits a year.
- This will usually mean studying for 6-12 hours a week.
