Reformed in 2020, VCL is the teaching department of Victoria College of Music and Drama, London. Encouraging students in the Arts since 1890, VCL is a small and distinctive learning community based internationally and connected through the technology of the Internet. The College provides support and mentoring for those independent students preparing for the diplomas of Victoria College Exams via distance learning.
