As an independent, non-public funded institution Victoria College was incorporated in 1891 and empowered to issue diploma level awards by its legal foundation documents. Re-incorporated in 2012 the College retains the right to issue independent diploma level awards and others as required in the course of its activities. It is also empowered to publish journals, books and other material as needed. Victoria College diplomas are not presently regulated under the United Kingdom RQF but are closely aligned with such standards and regularly accepted by other institutions worldwide. UCAS points are NOT carried by these but our awards may be included in UCAS applications.

Degree Awarding Status

Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi Christian University

Our degree programmes are designed in conjunction with the academic council of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi Christian University. Our diplomas are also recognised for credit bearing exemptions within the JHPCU degree courses issued under Florida State laws.

The United States

The University is permitted to award its religious degrees under Florida Statute 1005.06 (1)(f). The University’s recognized status under 1005.06 (1)(f) is on file with the State of Florida Department of Education, Commission on Independent Education.

In addition the University is permitted to award its religious degrees as a religious exempt institution under the following additional legislation;
-In the State of Hawaii under Chapter 305J-3(7) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes and Chapter 16-255-3 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules

Victoria Conservatoire of Sacred Music and Arts

Through incorporation in the state of Delaware of the United States Victoria College, operating as the Victoria Conservatoire of Sacred Music and Arts is able to award its own diplomas, earned and honorary religious degrees in Sacred Music, Theology, Christian Humanities, Religious Education and related fields under the following state bodies and legislation:
